For over fifty years Tubauto srl is present in the automobile sector, in the industrial vehicles and earth-moving machines and with its production of a wide range of pipes for high and low pressures, injectors for pipes, hydraulic pipes, pipes for cooling, exhaust systems, lubrication, hydraulic brake pipes.
Modern numerical control machine tools and systems specifically designed for the individual machining operations, including a welding cycle in controlled enviroment, guarantee a constant quality of production and, thanks also to the considerable experience and the accurate final inspections, guarantee to this Company the appreciation of the major industries and an ever-increasing clientele.
The internal processing center manages the entire production cycle allowing to program machine loads and deliveries according to different needs of the customer.

Our Workings
Below the operations we can perform
Bending and Forming
Tube bending from 4 to 89 mm in iron, copper, stainless steel, aluminum brass. It is also possible to bend over 89 mm for the assemblages and the TIG or MIG welded curves.
Applications can be many: from hydraulics to pneumatics to architecture or design objects.
Cutting
When the amount of batch processing is important, we make use of external consultants, highly specialized, cutting the raw material and lathe machining or machining centers.
Welding
A kit of the finished product, can be mounted or welded on the product various accessory components such as brackets, flanges, fittings, nuts, olives, rings or anything that is requested by the customer.
Weldings are Tig, Mig, Oxyacetylene, Oven with controlled atmosphere, etc.
Small Amounts
Small series even below 10 units per prototype or in those cases where the requested lots are minimal are producible and reproducible over time.
We can also provide the so-called loose tube (to measure or bent only cutting) or the provision of accessory components.
