TUBAUTO S.R.L. CODE OF ETHICS

The TUBAUTO snc company was founded in the second half of the 50s after the termination of the activity of the company Mario Richetti started in 1922.
In 1980 it became TUBATO SRL with three equal partners: Giuseppina Richetti, Giorgio and Maurizio Fundoni.

With the experience gained and experienced before, during and after the II WORLD CONFLICT, and after the critical phase of the first post - war period, the company has gradually specialized in the production of copper pipes and various spare parts for the TRUCK (so it was called that) sector, then with the introduction in the early 60s of hydraulic and a bit more technological machine tools, the path of specialization and focusing on the real needs of the main customer has begun.
The interest of the three generations of managers has always been focused on customer satisfaction, making sure that we can always guarantee a level of service delivery that is appreciable from the point of view of deliveries and quality (currently called service level).

To ensure the relationship with customers and not to disappoint them, we have never looked for large orders like cars, appliances or other, which inevitably would have led us to make poor choices.
As proof of the fact that we have always adhered to appropriate behavioral norms (legal, common sense and good manners), the longevity of the relationship with employees, customers and suppliers has always been over thirty years.

Speaking of CODE OF ETHICS, in our case, means to reiterate and confirm what has been done in these almost one hundred years.
Not to mention, however, that there have been many changes of address and route, dictated by the change of the epochs that we have gone through in the company of customers, suppliers and collaborators.
We face every day, practically always, the world of trade and production, with the same principles of loyalty and sincerity towards the various counterparts, obtaining respect and contextual continuity and cordiality in the various relationships maintained.
We are opposed to bribery and non-honorable methods of conducting relationships with counterparties, particularly in cases where third parties may be involved or damaged.
All the staff is framed by the employment contract, we rely on an external study to make wages and contributions, to a second study for safety, courses and so on. , we consult with our trade association in case of doubts, all this also to have a more correct, indirect and disinterested management of relations with the staff.
In order not to engage the staff in activities not suited to their duties, precisely for regulatory reasons, the company relies willingly on external consultants, competent and trustworthy, in order not to run the risk of supposing to be in the right direction without have points of reference for comparison.

In the event of misunderstanding on any matter, employees are encouraged to deal with our external collaborators, who can more easily dispel any doubt, as they can not be influenced by management.

 

PROTECTION AND RESPONSIBILITY TO THE ENVIRONMENT.

The company considers fundamental the protection of the environment in which it operates, ensuring the effective management of health, safety and the environment. The behavior of the company is directed to compliance with the laws and regulations, therefore the management activities are aimed at meeting the required requirements.
When manufacturing new products or equipment, the compatibility of production processes with the surrounding environment is evaluated.
TUBAUTO SRL monitors the significant environmental factors related to production activities.
The management evaluates possible improvements even beyond the legal requirements, compatibly with the financial availability

 

RESPONSIBILITY TO EMPLOYEES

In the company we believe that the ability to integrate different cultures, disciplines and experiences is a fundamental value within us and constitutes an added value towards our customers. The integration of cultures means understanding and respect, but it does not mean subjection or renunciation. to our culture, and in particular that of the company.
All employees are treated in the same way without discrimination based on sex, race, religion, political opinions, personal and social conditions. The company is sensitive to the problems of each employee, both inherent to work and personal.

The exploitation of child labor is condemned and behavior is not allowed in contrast with labor laws and the civil rights of the individual.
Wages are paid by ensuring the application of national labor contracts and compliance with agreements made with each employee.
The management undertakes to provide all employees and collaborators with the information necessary for the protection of health and safety at work.
The management pursues the objective of professional growth of employees also through training investments.
